45 Tai Tam Road is an exclusive luxury residential development on the south side of Hong Kong Island, comprising seven private houses, five of which feature interiors by internationally renowned designers.

I was independently responsible for the project's visual identity and design, including logo development, bespoke property publications, and website design. As one of the principal photographers, I documented the development from construction through completion, capturing its architecture, interiors, and surrounding landscape. My involvement also extended to video production, bringing together design and photography to create a cohesive visual presentation of the property.
